 g both. On the preparation side: venue\, this dual structure\, the call fo
 r papers\, visas\, meals\, printed materials\, and a post-conference tour\
 , along with the thinking behind these decisions. On the outcomes side: di
 scussion at the event was genuinely lively\, and it did strengthen connect
 ions between communities — though it's hard to measure exactly how much.
