There's the myth that setting up a LibreOffice development environment is complicated, this talk will prove the opposite.
It used to be that setting up a build environment was complicated if you were not using Linux, and even then it was tedious.
But there have been many improvements in streamlining the dependencies and setting it up these days is pretty easy and straightforward actually.
And we have integrations into many IDEs as well.
The talk focuses on Windows, since there has been the most progress/biggest changes, but the other platforms (macOS/Linux) are covered as well.
