DESCRIPTION:After being under the radar for decades\, open source is now we
 ll identified by the regulators worldwide. New European Regulations such a
 s the Cyber Resilience Act (or others like the AI Act and the Data Act) in
 clude open source in their scope and will enter into force in the coming y
 ears. \nFrom individual maintainers to well established OSPOs in large com
 panies\, the open source ecosystem at large has to tackle the new challeng
 es of compliance with these new regulations.\nIn this talk\, Enzo Ribagnac
  will present the challenges and highlight the actions taken by the Open R
 egulatory Compliance Working Group initiated by the Eclipse Foundation to 
 unite key stakeholders across the ecosystem—including industry leaders\,
  small and medium enterprises\, open source foundations\, and maintainers.
  In this initiative\, all the stakeholders collaborate to work on best pra
 ctices and standards for compliance.
