Introduction to new Writer 24.8 and 25.2 features developed for a market-leader German travel book publisher

Book editors of Michael Müller Verlag use an old, but very comfortable word processing method for the regularly updated travel books: 1-click cropping and resizing images in fixed-height table cell to adjust multicolumn text layout. While Writer has always supported the visual appearance of this, until recent developments, the user interface did not allow to use it. The presentation shows also the improved bookmark RDF metadata visualization for annotated text, and how documents of an Italian pasta factory (containing product macro photos) have been improved as a by-product.
