Pierre de La Celle is a seasoned engineer, specialized in Networks and Multimedia, with an extensive experience working in the web and digital advertising industry. He has successfully designed, developed and operated multiple platforms of web tools and products that maximize the performance and continuity of service. Before joining the LMDDC, Pierre implemented digital learning services for the Luxembourg public and deployed digital e-learning projects using Learning Management Systems. Pierre is also an entrepreneur whose involvement in several startups exposed him to the day-to-day challenges met by young organizations, such as finding and recruiting the right profiles, creating a team spirit, uniting around a project, and ensuring communication fluidity. At the LMDDC, he notably establishes online services and identifies technologies to be acquired and deployed.
